With a traditional deposit, tenants pay a large sum equivalent to 5 weeks' rent which the landlord or letting agent is legally obliged to register with a deposit scheme.

With the No Deposit Scheme, however, you pay a monthly service charge based on your chosen property's monthly rental amount*. You are still liable to pay for any damages and Matthews of Chester will always be on hand to try to resolve any fair end-of-tenancy claims.
